A Poetic Pêhonân

A Poetic pêhonân: A Gathering of nehiyawewin is a selection of Cree Poetry, with an Introduction by Mackenzie Ground, a nehiyawiskwew and a writer from Enoch Cree Nation and Edmonton, Alberta, Treaty Six. She is a PhD student at Simon Fraser University and a member of the Writing Revolution in Place research collective. This collection is a poetic companion to Chapter 4 of Read, Listen, Tell, “Cree Knowledge Embedded in Stories” (pg. 160-193).
